Did not get what I paid for

Salon says that cut and color service include paraffin hand treatment and style. Paid for highlights and haircut and left with wet hair. Several other service issues, the staff just does not care about the customer. There are many other salons in the area with a similar price point, this one is not worth it. I voiced my concerns to the salon and received no response, guess the owners don't care any more than the staff.

The clean, elegant space features rich hardwoods, private salon stations and an incomparable view of the lake. Although this salon caters mainly to its suburban clientele, it doesn't lack big-city opulence. The spa waiting area is filled with the soft chatter of chic businesswomen getting glammed and mothers toting strollers. The quiet, serene treatment rooms separated from them by a corridor. The wide range of services include a champagne facial and hot stone massages.
