dead rodent in room!!!

i found a dead, decaying rodent in our room! even worse, the owner refused to refund our money back! this motel is not cheap and is NOT clean (obviously)- shower is covered in mold!

• Cons: no amenities, same cost as name-brand hotel, not clean by any standard!!!
