Hamburger Epicenter
by Feipel at Citysearch
In a word, Ge?mut?lich?keit, which means cordiality; comfortable friendliness; congeniality. Lots of hustle and bustle in this family-friendly, beer-soaked, wood- paneled, converted house. The patrons seem to be celebrating a Mudhen or Twins victory even when there isn't a game. They have three new hamburgers, the Bullpen, the MVP and the Fly Ball. I chose the Bullpen. It has a fried egg, bacon, cheese, and a hot dog. Yummee!
- Pros: Theatrical indoor lighting provided by neon signs with Minnesota flavor.
- Cons: It's near Hastings.
Worth the trip

A freind told me about this place and I thought he was over selling the place a bit, I was wrong. King's is a small looking place from outside, but there is plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a Great Burger. The hardest part is trying to decide just which burger you want, they must have 30 to choose from. They name them after pieces on the chess board and baseball terms, Miesville is home of the Mudhens and folks seem to really enjoy the ballpark out there. I set my sights on the Triple Play with a side of fries, could be the best burger I've had that didn't come off a BBQ grill on the deck outside. The staff is friendly, the beer is cold, and the food is great. You have to check this place out the next time you get to the south metro area. Oh, and a burger fries and a tap beer for under 10 bucks, try to top that anywhere.
- Pros: Great Food , Nice folks
- Cons: Small restrooms
A great burger for everyone. Fun atmosphere.

Kings is located in Miesville, south of Hastings about 10 miles on Hwy 61. I live in Red Wing, 10 min south of Miesville. When I want a great burger with friends & family, I go to Kings. The biggest burger is The Miesville. Bet you can't pick it up with your hands. It's as high as it is wide. There is a burger for everyone whatever your tastes. Fun place to go. Lots on neon signs. Great homemade soups & chili.
- Pros: Never a bad meal. Fast service
- Cons: None

King's truly has the best burger I have ever had. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Take a ride and have one of many burgers on the menu.
