I love Estetica's focus on the customer. Need an appointment like RIGHT AWAY? No problem! Have a budget or experience-level preference? They'll work around your needs. I left JUUT because of their lack of customer focus; and I found a great salon just down the road! Everyone at Estetica, from stylists to esteticians, has been exceptional!

MY BEST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!

I HAD MY HAIR DONE BY NICOLE JOHNSON AT THIS SALON AND I JUST LOVED IT! I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK EVER SINCE THEN. IT WAS 100% WHAT I WANTED AND IT WAS SUPER CUTE. SHE IS A GREAT LISTENER AND HAS A LOT OF TALENT. IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS ALWAYS JUMPING FROM SALON TO SALON AND I FINALLY FOUND A HOME FOR MY HAIR FOR GOOD! THANKS NICOLE!! I WOULD SEND ANYONE HERE! THE SALON IS VERY NEAT AND TRENDY! I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I NEED ANOTHER COLOR!

Very disappointing experience

I've been going to my same stylist for years. I was ready for a change and decided to try Estetica Salon. I arrived to my appointment on time and was given a cup of tea and shown where to wait. THIRTY minutes later no one had even been back to update me on what was up. I went to the front desk and found 4 of the people who worked there gabbing away. One checked the computer and said sorry, my stylist wasn't in yet. She offered to have me come back later. That's great! My whole day is booked and I just spent 1 hour of my precious Saturday time driving to and waiting for a stylist to show up. Then the lady offered me a trial size of some hand creme as a gift for having to wait. What a joke! Never going there again! In 8 years, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my old stylist. Back I go to my old stylist. If you like bad customer service, this is the salon for you!

best stylist I've seen!

I had the most wonderful experience at this salon-I had gone to a previous salon for a color and it did not turn out the way i wanted it to, it actually looked nothing like what the stylist told me it would...I had a friend who saw Kelly at Estetica and referred her to me so I decided to go. Kelly fixed everything I hated about my hair and the best part was she offered a new style and color that would compliment my features better than what I had wanted! I am so much happier now with my hair and to have gone to someone who knows what they are doing!

• Pros: listen to what you want but offer creative opinions
• Cons: hard to get an appt with her have to schedule early

Great Updo

Vernita did a great job! I was worried that my hair wouldn't hold up against the day's weather and an afternoon nap before my friends Wedding. My hair stayed in place all day! It was great! I loved it!!!

Fabulous Massage and Facial!!!

I was lucky enough to book a massage and facial from Lindsay Green. What an experience. Lindsay truly has a gift. Her hands are amazing. I felt rejuvenated and utterly relaxed. My facial was equally amazing. She was such a professionl, letting me know every step of the way, what she was doing and what products she was using. My face felt radiant. I would highly recommend Lindsay to all of my friends. Estetica Salon is simply beautiful. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed from the start. This truly is a remarkable place and I had a remarkable experience.

Lash Extensions!! Amazing!

I went and saw Kae for lash extentions....she did the most amazing job! I have short stubby lashes and she transformed them into long beautiful full lashes! I have never felt more confident and beautiful about myself! Kae is so talented and such a sweet, kind person! I cannot wait to go back!!! Thanks so much Estetica! The best salon/spa experience I have ever had!!!

My new stylist Ashley!

I have not found anyone that understood exactly what i wanted and listened to everything I was saying. I Left feeling Beautiful and even my husband noticed the wonderful change. Ashley is fairly new to the salon but you would never know it because she is very good at what she does. I will be going back to her for sure. Thanks Estetica!

Perfect toes!

I dont treat myself very often to pedicures but since its going to be summer and the sandals are comming out i had to do something about my nasty feet! I saw Katie and my experience was everything i needed and more! It was the most relaxing atmosphere and what matters the most is it was extremly clean. Katie took her time and made every penny i paid worth it. If i could go back every week belive me I would, i can now show my feet off and not be embarrassed :) I cant wait to Visit the salon agian real soon!

l.o.v.e my hair

This was my first time at Estetica and my hair was tore up! lol and when i say tore up, i mean tore up from the floor up . I first got the best head message ever which most salons dont do. next the shampoo which was awesome , best of all they refered me to the stylist Vernita, im very picky with my hair and she took the time to listen to me. I have all natural curls so i wanted it done right, she also educated me on products and up keep. My haircut was on point ! it was what i was looking for .new, exciting AND different . I left the salon smooth and silky . I loved it thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eye Lash Extensions!

I know that I am a little biassed because I work with Kae- however......If anyone is looking for eyelash extensions she is your girl.

She has been doing mine since last spring (08') and I am still hooked! They truely make me feel beautiful. What woman doesn't like to wake up feeling pretty? Or go swimming and get out of the pool feeling like a million bucks? Well I do! I was so excited to never have to put mascara on again. Talk about shortening your morning routine.

What are you waiting for-TREAT YOURSELF. We spend so much time taking care of others in our life, so take care of yourself too! :)
