Best Coffee Bar in St. Paul. Cahoots is by far my favorite coffee shop in the twin cities. The barista's are friendly, the owner is great, and the place has one of the most comfortable atmosphere's of any shop in town. The best mochas I've ever tasted. Cahoots is a great local coffee shop. The employees are some of the friendliest I've encountered. There are a ton of seating options: a funky bar, small tables, big tables, and a really awesome patio. The food and drinks are of excellent quality..
