Red-shirted, black-bibbed attendants serve grilled burgers made from freshly ground beef, turkey, salmon, and even ostrich sandwiched by buns that are baked in-house daily. Hungry patrons gussy up the meat at a condiment bar stocked with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos and a variety of sauces, then take a seat at tables topped with a black-and-white checkered tablecloths. Sides of cole slaw, baked beans and wedge-shaped fries complete the picture.

Not impressed

We went to the Roseville Fuddruckers on a Saturday night. I was surprised to see how dirty the restaurant was. There was food all over the floor where we were eating and the tables were not wiped off very well. The glass on the bakery was very dirty. The food was pretty good but I could not get passed how dirty it was there. I also used the bathroom and this was VERY dirty towels all over the floor, dirty sinks filthy floors. I would not come back because it was very dirty. Also the employee who handed me my glass touched the part where I drink from. I asked for a new one. Not very impressed.

Better than average burgers!

I really enjoy the food at Fuddruckers, especially the burgers. The choices are many and best of all they "Flame Grill" the burgers. The condiment bar is ok but the tomatoes are usually a bit crunchy and not as ripe as I prefer. I am no vegetarian but I am health conscious with the meats I stick in my body and the new buffalo burgers really excite me. I have been grilling buffalo burgers exclusively at home and was thrilled to find it on their menu the last time I dined there. The flavor was excellent and they cook it exactly the way you ask.

This is the best place in town for a burger. Great place for food and fun and a great place for the secretaries to gather. Nothing pretentious, just plane fun. Need lot's of napkins.

We'll Be Back for More

This was a great place to stop for lunch. Although you line up to order, the line moved quickly and the servers at the counter were very friendly to first-timers like us. The 1/3-pound burger was more than enough food -- can't believe they actually serve a one-pound burger there! The fries were more like potato wedges, but they had a tasty spice on them and they complemented the burgers well.

The chicken sandwich was also excellent, after getting hamburgers many times. Nice toppings bar, pile em on. Make your burger high enough and skip the fries which are nuthin great.

This is a build your own burger type of joint, with lots of toppings to choose from. It's a great value for your money. The food is average, considering it's basicly a burger joint, and how hard is it to screw up a burger?

Hamburgers, chicken and salads are fulfilling and satisfying. The service is friendly and the place is clean. My wife and I usually select one of the above mentioned, but orders being picked up by customers also look interesting and will be sampled as soon as I find out what they are. We have tried other top burger places in the cities and this place, in my humble opinion, is tops.
