Great Food, Great Service. WSE.
by Jenna cologne at Citysearch
We have gone to Roseville Don Pablos for many years now. We love the food and service is always nice.
We missed the previous manager Theresa today but Eric
the new manager is great. He personally makes sure that
everything is just right, customers that we know off as friends, including us, always have a pleasant experience.
We can count on this place.
I also like their seating arrangement---booths, dim lights,
it's nice. Price is reasonable.
Thanks to you all at DP.

Don Pablo's is the BEST!!!!

I go back to D.P.'s at least once a month and would go more if it were closer. (The Woodbury location was closest for us, and sad to see it closed). LOVE LOVE LOVE Don Pablo's. I've tried many of the entree's on the menu, but the cheese enchilada's are my all time favorite. Very fun place to have a birthday too when the staff come up and serenades "happy birthday" to you.
Margaritas and affordable Mexican fare in a campy, family-friendly atmosphere.

In Short
Bright colors and big booths make this quick-service, sit-down Mexican restaurant a cheery choice for group outings. The traditional menu--including classic enchiladas, soft and crispy tacos, mesquite-grilled shrimp, sizzling fajita platters and made-from-scratch salsas--features lunch specials, create-your-own combinations and to-go options for more fast-paced patrons. Tequila makes its appearance in house margaritas and cocktails. Bringing the little ones? They're catered to with a kid-friendly, Tex-Mex menu.
Limp food
by nickboy821 at Citysearch
One of the worst meals i have had in a mexican restaurant in years. The food was limp and bland. The mexican rice was dry, salads were plain, and the black beans had next to no flavor.
Same old, same old.

The pork in their new "carnitas" meal (which is, contrary to the name, also available with beek or chicken) is not bad at all, although not up to the standard of any local authentic joint worth their salt. Unfortunately, the sides it comes with are all lacking in some neccessary "crunch"; I recommend ordering it with the regular fajita sides.
