It is a great place for the family

I have been eating here since the 80's and continue to come back because the food is incredible. The staff is also very friendly. Make sure to have the malts. They are the best around. You can't go wrong here!

Great place

Snuffy's is a great place to grab a burger and a malt. It's a cute little shop. Seems rather busy; sometimes you may have to wait a bit to get a table.

Quaint, but not all it's cracked up to be

I was told this place was great, so I was very excited when I found a coupon. My husband and I tried it out and were kindof disappointed. The place had a quaint atomsphere, but it was almost like "the restaurant that was." Maybe it's enjoyable if it's a family memory... But I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a clean-feeling dinner. The place just felt old and dirty to me.

The malts were GREAT! But I probably wouldn't go back without another buy-one-get-one coupon.

Best Onion Rings!!! I rate it an eight!!

We have frequented this restaurant many times, and I absolutely LOVE their onion rings!!! The burgers are ok, and the malts are good, especially the Hot Fudge Banana Malt!! But when I am craving a good onion ring, Snuffys is the place to go. I just wish they had one in Andover..we need a good burger joint!!

We have always had great service too, we have never experienced a negative experience there.

Great Malts and Great Hamburgers!!!!

I've only been to Snuffy's for lunch, but ALL the times I've gone (about 10) have been a great experience. No waiting to be seated (except the day before the State Fair begins). Prompt service and even prompter when ordering a malt! they even scoop it into the glass for you (avoiding the plop-plop overflow). Not once have I had a bad experience. They are always so kind and courteous, even upon leaving! Their burgers are the BEST! Next to their root beer malts... It is the place I choose when it's my turn to decide where to go for lunch! If you want a casual experience for a great price, Snuffy's is the place to go!

Big Dissappointment

I had a coupon for Snuffys so I tried it. I had the burger and I was VERY disappointed. I would rather go to BK or Wendy's for a burger next time. I didn't try the Malts or anything else, so I can't comment. But, with the quality of their Burgers, I'll likely never go back again.

snuffy's pretty much has that whole 1950's thing covered. the food's pretty good if you like burgers and fries. but, the best thing to do is to go into snuffy's and flirt with the pimple-faced high school boys who work there. they're adorable and awkward and add more to the atmosphere than any swivel stool could.

Good food, slow service

Although the food and drinks are great and reminiscent of the 1950s diners, the service is consistently disappointing. I've gone multiple times, hoping that the servers will redeem themselves, but they are always amazingly slow--regardless of how busy or empty the restaurant is. We did have a great server the last time, but she appeared to be the only person working in the entire place with many full tables.

• Pros: Chili dogs! Cherry sodas! Chocolate malts!
• Cons: Service. Noise.

With its red-padded booths and scuffed swivel stools, it has quite a bit of old-school charm.

At this Rosevile location, a 1/3-pound Snuffy Burger with a hunk of iceberg lettuce and tomato, crisp bacon and melted Swiss cheese is as heavenly for kids oblivious to fat grams as it is for parents who know better but indulge anyway. The food--burgers, fries and malts--is vintage nostalgia. A half-order of french fries arrives hot and not overly greasy. Never leave without ordering an extra-thick, real ice-cream malt.

Great Restaurant - Great People

My friend's step-dad is the manager there, and Snuffy's is really a great hangout for teenagers. I know most of th eople who work there, and all my friends go up there all the time. They have super good food, and the malts are awesome!!! It's all a pretty good price, too.
