Nostalgia Lost

This used to be my favorite place to go. I remember going to the first location on Geneva Ave., and then to the one on 10th St. The one on 10th I remember bringing my daughter to have her first pedicure and I'm frustrated that it's no longer there. The new place out in Woodbury has new owners that seem money-hungry. They're practically a franchise like a massage envy.

• Cons: No pedicures, manicures or facials, nostalgia lost!!!

Bad Owners, Not a Spa

The new owners of this so-called "spa" are, from my perspective, bad and incompetent owners. They are not licensed by the State Board of Cosmetology. They refused to honor a SpaFinder gift certificate for a facial and chemical peel even though they're listed as SpaFinder partners.

I was horrified to find out my massage therapist was not paid her tip that I left her on my credit card. I'm planning on contacting my credit card company to dispute the amount. The new owners seem more concerned about making money rather than customer service. When I talked to the lady at the front desk she spoke broken English and had clients credit card information in plain view for me to see. That was enough for me. Not going there again - ever. It's not even a spa.

Best service, variety, and staff.

I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a new spa for the past few months. I finally ended my search when was referred to this spa by a friend. My hair has never turned out better and the massage therapist will be the only one I see from now on. They accommodated me on late notice and the staff are wonderful!!!! I can't wait to go back.

• Pros: massages and hair
• Cons: A little far from my house but worth the drive.

Best massage

I have been to a lot of national chain massage places... and so far have not been pleased. I went to Body Rhythms and they were phenomenal. It was the best massage I have ever had. I've been back a couple more times and couldn't be happier. They do this raindrop thing and have hot towels, a sauna and a shower which I used afterwards. They treated me very well, went the extra mile and let me know that they had a special going on instead of charging me full price, even though I didn't know there was a special. They are really nice people and really seemed to want to get to know me. I'll be back again!

umm no thanks

I have been to this spa and it was horrible. The staff had no clue about hair color or the products that they carry. the receptionist was a rude young girl that didnt really seem to care so much. it was quiet small and un organized. I the service i had was with a male massage therapist and I didnt care for him so much. his massage was not even a good massage. My husband could have done better.

Body Rhythms has it all

I've been to many spas, but I just felt right at home at Body Rhythms. I've seen 2 different massage therapists there and they both gave a great massage. The heated table and cushions you lay on really help me to relax. And I still can't get over how many other services they offer. They've opened my eyes to the world of facials and waxing. I even got my eyelashes tinted and permed. I can't wait to visit Body Rhythms again!

Haircuts range from express cuts for customers who come in every six to eight weeks to signature designs for newcomers. The nail menu alone offers more than a dozen options, including eight "enhancements;" and there are lists of beauty finishing treatments for lashes, lips, decolletage and more.

Best spa and salon

Wow, I really enjoy Body Rhythms. They offer so many services and products. I am a regular and I just can't stay away. I first heard about them here on the internet at brspa . com They have a list of all of their services and products, plus I got 5 bucks off just for printing off a coupon on their site! You should check it out and stop in to Body Rhythms. The place AND the staff are so welcoming, I just know you'll love it!

The treatment tables are the most comfotable I have ever been on!

When I found this spa on your site I didn't know they did everything! I got a package that was not only relaxing but I got a total makeover from head to toe.

I feel like this is a great twin cities secret. This spa was elegant and intimate but completly unpretentious. I felt really special there, not like other places I've gone that could have cared less about me.

The massage therapist didn't talk the whole time like sometimes happens and she gave a completly relaxing services complete with the most comfortable massage table I have ever been on. I was nice and warm, the place was super clean, it smelled heavenly and she did'nt go so deep that I was sore afterward.

My stylist and makeup artist worked together on my new look (a gift from my hubby). When I got home he was blown away.

One thing I have to mention is that during the makeup session she did my eyebrows - well, I've had hundreds of "wax jobs" this was an art form with them. My eyebrows were groomed like a star "Move over Oprah."

Try this place - my husband scored a 10 with this find.

Friendly Staff

The staff is so friendly at Body Rhythms, and they take the time to listen to any concerns or thoughts you have. Also you feel so relaxed the minute you step through the door, getting your hair done has never been more of a treat or relaxing!!
