Vineyard is the best

I am reading alot of bad reviews for the Vineyard so I will counter those reviews. I have gone there since I was in kindergarten. I have never had a bad meal. I love the special salad and get it to go to bring to parties and gatherings. I look forward to the wonderful bread and great servers. I know someone mentioned that locals don't go there and I think that is not true at all. That place is packed from the moment they open until close almost every night. We are going ther for valentines day this weekend and my husbad is dreaming about the good prime rib. Just remeber everyone that most reviews are going to be bad ones because they are jaded. If more people with good experiences wrote about them it would be helpful.

• Cons: Prices are that of a nicer restaraunt not like a sports bar

Great Place To Eat

Dining at the Vineyard has always been a positive experience. I have used this establishment for romantic meals, family meals, and gatherings. Its a great place to have a birthday party and the birthday cake they offer is actually delicious. The food is prepared properly and the prices are great. This is one of the few establishments that offers alot of choices for children off their childrens menu. I highly recommend a visit.

Denny's Chic

I was very excited about going to the Vineyard. We went tonight on the way back from Becker and all my hopes were crushed. I've had better meals at Dennys. My crab was still frozen, the steak was tough and tiny, the stuffed shrimp was frozen grocery store quality and overall the food was very blah. I spent $50 for a dinner of two for food that was no better than something you would expect out of a frozen bulk food bag. I was dissapointed to say the least.. I wasnt expecting an amazing meal but I did expect adverage to good food. Next time Ill stop at eat at a truck stop!!!

great date if you don't mind the wait

We've been to the vineyard several times. It's the primerib that keeps us coming back. They offer great specials and good prices on really good food. The booths are very private. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait it out on the weekends. The dining areas could definatly use some freshening up - it's kind of dark and worn looking. Easy to find (right on Hwy 10 in Anoka).

Excellent quality and value

Two thumbs up!!Exactly the kind of place I don't mind spending my money on! Large selection;seafood, steak, primerib, sandwiches, chicken. Friendly, helpful staff. Boothes offer nice privacy. Portions large. No fancy sauces needed to cover quality of meat/produce. Very good quality of produce. A little old fashioned, but there are many other places to go for trendy!
