I agree with you guys. These guys jacked me when they still had the Mpls location. Manager printed out a price for a bike on Friday evening, I came back Saturday to purchase it, and the idiot said he can no longer honor the price! BTW - it was a $300 difference! I dropped the $500 helmet and jacket I was also going to purchase and promptly drove to Delano to by the same Ducati. These guys have no business sense or principles. I have to mention that the sales guy was incredible patient and helpful. I felt bad that he was losing out on his commission because fo the idiot manager.
Pros: Huge Selection
Cons: Terrible Customer Service and Ethics

I bought a dirt bike for my son and also needed quite lot of protective gear so a big purchase. I could not find anyone who seemed even remotely interested in helping me at Motoprimo! After enough frustration, I went to a recommended internet site, got what I needed with no hassle and at a better price. I would have rather done business where I bought the bike, with someone I could talk to about what I needed, and kept it local. They drove me away!
Pros: Can't think of any
Cons: They don't care.

I ordered a $12,000 bike from them, gave them a down payment and waited with my cash in hand tiching to trade it for my new bike! Yea! And waited. It did not come in when it was supposed to. They could not find it. "It's lost!" Another one came in--not for me! No telephone calls until I started complaining-in writing. I felt like I had been on a date and she wouldn't call me back after getting what she wanted! Finally got it--not with the accessories and with alot of waiting to close the deal. Five weeks later, no accessories. Worse: No license plate. Back to complaining--got a call, after I complained more loudly. Still no plate or accessories. No service before, during or after sale. Go somewhere else. I am going to do the first service at another dealership.
Pros: Big dealership
Cons: Big dealership with no ability to communicate with customers.
