Great staff

The folks at this restaurant are very hard workers and still are friendly. One time I told the staff how much my wife liked the tea, & I was given some of the tea leaves to use at home.

The food is overall very good, though the fried chicken base seems to be the same for the Sweet & Sour as well as the Lemon Chicken (lemon chicken is often marinated/prepared with more care than Sweet & Sour in my experience)

Best Chinese Cuisine in the area

New Beijing is a great experience. The buffet is awesome... excellent food. Sweet and sour chicken is a favorite. The employees are very helpful and offer terrific service. Seating is almost always immediate. Very relaxing atmosphere. Lunch and dinner buffet are same selection but the lunch buffet is much cheaper. This is a must! Support this restaurant! Highly recommended

Must try for buffets buffs

Terrific service. This is the first thing you will notice and will be constantly reminded throughout your meal. Very nice people. The breadth of choices is not as large as other buffets, but the food is excellent. There seems to be no additives in their food as I was still full the next morning. Great food and service, I would highly recommend trying it to anyone living in the Eden Prairie area.

Best Chinese lunch buffet in town

I watched them. They do NOT put old food over new like many others do. They totally replace the pans.

Everything is fresh. They great you at the door, they always ask if you want the buffet or the menu. The menu items are just as great as the buffet.

July 2006 - Update.

I'm still going there, and still just as happy with the service, the food and the value!
