World Class in St Paul by Deb K. at InsiderPages

The Radisson in St Paul has got to be one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed at! As soon as you walk in the door the staff sees you and smiles!! The rooms are out of this world with the plush carpet and the furnishings are super! You are close to everything in the city~from shopping to the Science Museum!!Very nice and I will go back!!
Clean, comfortable accommodations and guaranteed customer satisfaction.

My Girlfriend and I were attending an event and stayed at the Radisson. When we arrived, there was no parking available in the hotel lot.. Had to park in a shady lot next to the hotel. As we walked in, check in was fast and the staff was nice and helpful.. same with the check out. Nice and clean hotel. room was a nice size... We loved the Sleep Number bed. Our view was the hotel lobby, but that's not why we were there. The turn down service was great. We ordered our Breakfast in to our room.. WOW Very nice, good presentation, awesome service, Great food. Was right on time... They had a late night reception which was noisy and unplesent.. :( We couldnt belive it.. It started at 10 pm and went till the wee hours of the morning. We couldnt sleep. good ammenites, would stay again..

I attended a conference at this hotel and I was very disappointed in our accomodations, the room was the size of a closet we told them I would be traveling with an 18 month and 11 year old when I made the resevations. They provided me with a grib, but the room was so small there was no room for it. and the "cleaning" staff housekeepers demanded I giver her a tip. It was really an unpleasant experience. Thank goodness my son is used to hotels otherwise there would be major complains of other guests.
Basically you not only needed to remodel the hotel maybe the staff too. Our view...was a wall. Talk about ...I can't even say.
- Pros: Target Center was coo, Shopping all near by, eating all nearby
- Cons: smaal room, bad service, very expensive

We have stayed at the Radisson downtown since the renovation and I can't stress enough how comfortable and luxurious the beds and bedding are! I don't think I have ever slept on a more comfortable bed and the pillows are perfect as well. Lovely duvets and quality linens...perfection!
We love coming twice a year or so from way up north...it's the perfect location to do the town. Park the car for the weekend and have fun!
- Pros: Comfort, Location, Atmosphere
- Cons: Pricey
