Good service. Went there for Thanksgiving 09 Had to tell a server that there were several dishes that didnt get washed well in the clean pile. Food was OK. Roast pork was very dry and chewy, The cold foods and deserts were the best. The Main course items were cheap : mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes. Salmon was OK.

Ambience and views were good.

Overall, not worth the money.

Do Not Host an Event Here. Unfortunately the rating system will not allow me to give 0 Stars...so I have to give 1 which is too many! We recently had an event at Windows on Minnesota, and I have no problem telling anyone and everyone I know "never hold an event at Windows on Minnesota".

It came down to a war of words with the coordinator and director for services they did not provide. Even though certain items were stated in our contract, they failed to ever assume any responsibility and charged us even more money!!! They could not handle more than one event at a time, even though they are slated to hold up to 4 separate events. We ran out of food...becuase the kitchen was "backed up". We did not receive all of the food we paid for to the tune of $4,000. Guests were confused because staff was not present to direct them, even though they were supposed to be. We even had guests from the adjacent wedding showing up at our event.

I, nor anyone I know, will never hold an event at Windows on Minnesota. EVER

The view was nice!!!!!

Happy Birthday brunch. Took my children and grandchild to this Sunday brunch in July...the food was much better than we expected, the view was one of a kind, and the service was most gracious. It was a celebration of my sons birthday, I didn''t have a cake and asked our waitress if they had anytihing that would do under the circumstances. She said they didn't have anything regularly, but she would see to it that we had something...only to come out with the most delicious lemon mini cake, that was fabulous. Live piano music topped off the occasion. Plan to take my friends there this month to celebrate their birthdays. We go out to dinner alot as a family and we're fussy diners but we deffinately would go back. Basically loved it overall! Elegant buffet dining. Considering the view, a special treat for a special occassion.

Poor Father's Day Brunch. We went this past Father's Day to Windows, I wanted a nice place to bring my husband and family, while the food was good, not great but not bad either, the service was severly lacking. We only got one mimosa each, the server never came back to check on us, we even had to pour our own water and coffee. We had a stack of about 10 plates before I finally had to get up and tell the host about it. Only then did he come clear about 5 plates. Then the worst of all was seeing a server take forks off a dirty table and give them to a new table!!! Just gross. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Drinks only, Excellent Views!. Business meeting with drinks and appetizers only for about 60 people. Plenty of room, great views from the room we were in, dwarfs most of MN from the 50th floor. Staff was pleasant. Felt like walking into a hotel rather than a restaurant though.

Banquet hall at the airy Crystal Court known for elegant private galas and a lavish Sunday brunch.. In Short
This banquet room is perched 50 floors above the city in the IDS Center (Minneapolis' tallest building). A favorite for festive occasions, its 11-foot-high floor-to-ceiling windows provide a cinematic 360-degree view of a sprawling cityscape. Windows on Minnesota is operated by the adjoining Marquette Hotel--making it a popular spot for weddings, meetings and parties. The hotel hosts a Sunday brunch here from 10am to 2pm.
