They are big on giving you tickets. And a ticket is $50. Doesn't matter if their machine is not working. Even if you put a note in the windshield. They charge. You can't appeal since nobody ever answers their phone. Tried that myself was on hold for 1 hr and gave up. When your ticket expired after 4:30 pm when parking is otherwise free on the street they ticket you as well. Recommendation: Park somewhere else.
Pros: Location is convenient
Cons: No service, no lights at night, no security
