I don't know if it is because I didn't have much to spend, but I could not get anyone to return my calls or give me a straight answer when it came to price. One person told me that the delivery fee could be waived, another said that it couldn't ("company policy"). I waited for a week for the first person to return my call. Then she was going to do some checking and just never called back. I finally got through to another person and he was rude and kept me on hold forever. I'm a nice person, but I didn't have a lot of money to spend. That is the only reason I can think of that they would have treated me so horribly. I will never, never use them. I will go to someone else, ANYONE else.
