After reading the previous review, I decided to go to the Bead Monkey to check it out. WELL . . . . this is a Saturday, they have a sale going on, but I was offered help by three different sales clerks during the hour I was there!!! They were VERY helpful (I am a new beader!) and gave lots of tips and how-to information so my project could be well-made and useful. The selection of beads and supplies is WONDERFUL with lots of specialty items. The service and friendliness of the staff along with the great selection are reasons that will keep me coming back. LOVE THAT STORE!!!
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, great selection of products
Cons: Parking!!
