User Reviews for Everyday People Clothing

It is unfortunate that ever since Buffalo Exchange has come to town, a batch of really mean, patently false reviews have fallen upon Everyday People! They seem like fake reviews intended to get people to shop at Buffalo. It seems as if this is the way they THINK they gain customers but I am sure people will see that these reviews are just vicious lies. If you go into Everyday People you will see for yourself that they do NOT carry old worn out ugly items and that their staff is rude. Nothing could be further from the truth! They have a cute store w/ lots of fun vintage clothes and newer stuff too. And their staff is nice. It is sad that the internet is used like this to bring a small but great business like Everyday People down!

Pros: selection, styles, prices

Cons: parking

I can't even begin to describe the experience i recently had with Everyday People clothing exchange. Besides the "fake nice" (for lack of better words) service I received from an old black-haired woman, the clothes offered at this store were nothing near the quality found at local competitor's. There were very few true vintage pieces, mostly old name brands. May I stress "OLD name BRAND clothing".......that is, nothing unique. And as for selling clothes to them....... Buffalo Exchange and a few others might be a better bet

Pros: absolutely none whatsoever

Cons: the whole schpeel

I was expecting Everyday People to carry vintage designer clothing and handbags, but I didn't see any. However, the woman who was working was extremely friendly and that encouraged me to stay a while and look around. It's a great place to go if you're in the mood to look through every item until you find that perfect vintage piece. I'd recommend it more to people who want gently used brands like AE, A&F, GAP, etc.

I discovered this store on my way to class last year and I have been shopping it ever since. Everyday people has the cutest trendy clothes and pretty decent prices. It is a little spendier than a goodwill, but the clothes are not stinky and you don't have to look as hard to find the good stuff.

I completely disagree with the last review. Having been a regular shopper there during my college days, I would recommend it to anyone shopping on a budget. The owners and employees are plenty friendly and helpful. They've got lots of good basics by American brand names (Gap, Express, Levis, etc). Sometimes, I've spotted brands from Japan and Europe. As for vintage, you sort of have to search for it. I've found many lovely vintage pieces there. Since they buy and sell everyday, the good stuff goes quick so you can't go in looking for something in particular. Also, if your selling to them expect them not to buy everything from you. It sucks but that's life. It seems to me that the previous reviewer was a disgruntled seller?

Only bother stopping if you're a)interested in selling used brand name clothes (for very cheap) or b)you're looking for used brand name clothes. Don't go here for actual vintage pieces- they only accept brand names. Which means that even if it's an ugly item they'll take it as long as its a brand name. Not everyone wants to shuffle through racks of outdated brand name clothing. Plus, there's no free parking available.

Pros: sell brand name items, for cash

Cons: rude workers, ugly items, no parking
