LEFT ME HANGING! by SAM P. at InsiderPages

I contacted this school around Dec. 13th to schedule a Stress Buster Friday for our 30+ employees. I thought bringing in chair massages would be a nice treat during the busy Holiday season. I was put in touch with the school Manager, Michael Casper and together we scheduled the event for Fri. Dec. 28th. This in itself proved to be difficult because it was during their Holiday Break but everything seemed to be set. OR SO I THOUGHT!The morning of the 28th, 3 hours before the event was to begin, I got a call from Dona (The person who was to supervise the 2 students we had booked) saying one of the students backed out so they were down to just one student. That did me no good. There was no way one student was going to be able to handle our entire group. Michael Casper was out on vacation and Dona was trying to reach him. After speaking with Dona it was decided to reschedule the event for the following Fri. (Jan. 4th). I did get to speak with Michael and he told me they have had this problem with this particular student before. WHY WOULD THEY LET THIS STUDENT COMMIT TO A CORPORATE EVENT IF THEY HAVE A TENDENCY OF NOT SHOWING UP?! I had to scramble to get lunch brought in for our employees, which was a poor substitute for massages.Today is Thurs., Jan 3 and I called Michael today, even though he was supposed to contact me YESTERDAY (Wed, Jan 2) as to the status of things. Upon speaking with him he told me that they weren't able to accommodate us. He did not offer to try another reschedule or any other way of making this right. Now, once again I am left to find yet another substitute for our employees. To say I'm displeased is a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! After all of the stress this place has caused me I REALLY do need a massage but I WILL NOT be contacting them because it is obvious they don't have to means of taking care of their clients. I don't even feel good about giving

LEFT ME HANGING!

by samiam1129 at Citysearch

I tried to schedule a couple of students to come to our business and give chair massages to our employees as part of our "Stress Buster" Fridays in the month of December. I was in contact with the schools "Manager", Michael Casper who worked with me to get this event scheduled for Fri. Dec.28. This in iteself proved to be a challenge because the students were on Winter Break but everything seemed to be set. OR SO I THOUGHT! That morning, 3 hours before the event was to begin I got a call from the students supervisor saying one of the students was not able to attend. One student would not have been enough to handle all of the employees. The supervisor and I agreed it would be best to reschedule the event for the following Friday (Jan. 4)Michael was on vacation but I did manage to get ahold of him and he told me they have had this problem before with this particular student cancelling or not showing up. WHY WOULD THEY LET THIS STUDENT COMMIT TO A CORPORATE EVENT WHEN THEY'VE HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST?! I had to scramble to bring in lunch for our employees which was a poor substitute for massages. Now here we are on Jan. 3 and although Michael was supposed to contact me YESTERDAY I called him to see where we were at for our rescheduled event. He told me they were unable to accomodate us. He made no attempt to reschedule again or give any other options to make this right. Now once again I am left to find yet another substitute for our employees. To say I'm disappointed is a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! This has made me look bad in the eyes of our company president and our employees. With all the stress this has caused I'm the one who REALLY needs a massage but I WILL NOT be contacting them because it is obvious they don't have the knowledge it takes to provide good customer service. I don't think they deserve even one star but that's the minimum.

  • Pros: Quick to plan
  • Cons: VERY unreliable, no follow through, POOR customer service
