Amazing school and clinic
Contributor at Insider Pages
Centerpoint treats their clients with the greatest respect and privacy. It isn't a huge school so you don't feel lost in the shuffle.
They do outreach projects for non-profits and they touch they give is felt 10 fold by the families and friend of those they have carried for.
I am a current student as well as a client in their student clinic. They do an amazing job of dealing with their students and with the clients that come in through their program. They deal with every situation as quickly as possible and since they are dealing with human beings, problems will arise with students becoming ill or not being able to make appointments. That is just how things work in the real world.
I would encourage everyone I know to go to their student clinic and help a student learn the amazing art of massage plus receive a massage by a highly trained future professional.
LEFT ME HANGING!

I tried to schedule a couple of students to come to our business and give chair massages to our employees as part of our "Stress Buster" Fridays in the month of December. I was in contact with the schools "Manager", Michael Casper who worked with me to get this event scheduled for Fri. Dec.28. This in iteself proved to be a challenge because the students were on Winter Break but everything seemed to be set. OR SO I THOUGHT! That morning, 3 hours before the event was to begin I got a call from the students supervisor saying one of the students was not able to attend. One student would not have been enough to handle all of the employees. The supervisor and I agreed it would be best to reschedule the event for the following Friday (Jan. 4)Michael was on vacation but I did manage to get ahold of him and he told me they have had this problem before with this particular student cancelling or not showing up. WHY WOULD THEY LET THIS STUDENT COMMIT TO A CORPORATE EVENT WHEN THEY'VE HAD PROBLEMS IN THE PAST?! I had to scramble to bring in lunch for our employees which was a poor substitute for massages. Now here we are on Jan. 3 and although Michael was supposed to contact me YESTERDAY I called him to see where we were at for our rescheduled event. He told me they were unable to accomodate us. He made no attempt to reschedule again or give any other options to make this right. Now once again I am left to find yet another substitute for our employees. To say I'm disappointed is a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT! This has made me look bad in the eyes of our company president and our employees. With all the stress this has caused I'm the one who REALLY needs a massage but I WILL NOT be contacting them because it is obvious they don't have the knowledge it takes to provide good customer service. I don't think they deserve even one star but that's the minimum.
- Pros: Quick to plan
- Cons: VERY unreliable, no follow through, POOR customer service
