As a former waitress myself, I give alot of slack and tip well, but this was exceptionally horrible service. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks. when the drinks came, he actually said, "i forget which ones are regular coke and which are diet. Do you want me to bring new drinks, or can you just guess yourselves." We thought it was a joke. It had been 30 minutes since our appetizers arrived, and I asked him if our food was ready. His reply, "Yeah. I saw it sitting in the window before I came out here." I actually had to ask him to bring it out. As he brings the food, he dropped food in my drink, and actually asked if I minded drinking it or if he should get another one for me. Then, as we are eating, he says, "You guys ordered garlic bread appetizers, so I didn't bring the bread that comes with your meal. You didn't want that, did you?" I didn't even know how to respond to this waiter any more. We said, "yes, actually, we do want it". Before all of this started, we told him we had a show at 730pm, and would have to leave early. He dropped off the check at 715pm after much asking, and I had to again ask for the ice cream, that was included in the price of our meals. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go to that restaurant again, and I will tell this story to anyone that will listen. as far as the food itself, decent, if you ever get it.

Pros: service too poor to notice any

Cons: service not worth it

Friendly staff, and cheap eats in the warehouse district. We like to frequent this place before a Viks or Gophers game!

Kitschy is definitely the word. Before going, whatever I heard of this place was that it was a dressy, fancy place. I found it to be packed with suburban first daters thinking they were someplace special. I don't really care fo the ordering - a salad, entree and dessert is all included. It seems really budget-minded, not quality-minded. Then again, this IS a chain. The pasta was bland, safe half-attempts at food that COULD be good, but was only hoh-hum. The interior is fun, that's probably what all the teenaged girls liked about it.

Pros: budget-minded

Cons: boring food

Get a pop, bread, salad or minnestrone soup, your entree, and a dish of ice cream (with carmel or chocolate sauce) all for approx. $15 including a tip. Has great food and even more amazing bread, and if its busy just chow down on bread till your food comes!!! the waiters will bring you as much as you like. If you dont want to drive downtown and worry about parking you can take the lightrail. It may be slow and crowded but all good restraunts can get that way. Its great for any occaison.

Pros: great price, great food, amazing bread

Cons: ABSOLUTY NOTHING

My girlfriend and I had dinner here the Monday before Valentine's Day. It was our anniversary, and we were hoping to have a romantic night out just the two of us. We were promptly seated, and then waited for 15 minutes for a server. The service was horrible, and I don't think I will ever return. Overall, our meal took about 2 hours, and that was mostly waiting with empty drinks and plates. There were not enough servers, and the food was very bland.

Pros: cool building

Cons: Service, Parking, Bland food

I recently dined at the good ol' spaghetti factory. I didn't hate it, just wasn't impressed. Both my dish and my husbands seriously lacked meat. Overall, I would rank this restaurant at about the same caliber as the Olive Garden- decent prices, NOT cheap, just decent, and mediocre food. On the plus side, the interior is kinda cute. Although I feels a bit "warehousey"

Pros: ?

Cons: average food, average prices, average place

Great furniture and decor. Layout is fantasic with many room and large windows. Value is suberb. Most meals under $10, and that includes warm bread, a salad or soup, and dessert (a small dish of vanilla ice cream or spumoni). Food is decent. Parking lots all around

Pros: Decor, Homemade Dishes

Cons: pay for parking

only complaint is that we were seated near a GROUP OF 14 and our waitress had to serve them, and us, AND 2 other tables. Service was SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW! Food is what it claims to be, honest food for a great price.

Pros: good food, GREAT price, family friendly

Cons: Can be slow, place is packed

This is the best spaghetti I've ever had, and I'm a boy who loves his spaghetti. Yeah, there's not much else on the menu, but what do you expect from someplace called the Old SPAGHETTI Factory? Parking sucks and sometimes there's quite a long wait, but the prices are awesome for all the food you get.

Pros: GREAT spaghetti, Low prices, Free bread salad, etc

Cons: , Long waits
