Best Burger in the Twin Cities
by KJKIND at Citysearch
I like this place. It's a great neighborhood bar and the food is always good.

I try to like Bunny's. I'm just not a fan.
Fair tap beer selection, and super close to where I live, but the food is always bland. I've gone on a few occassions and it's always less than average.
It's very loud, even when it's not busy. It's all one big room mostly. It's also ridiculously bright. I can't recall being in a restaurant, much less a bar that is so bright.
Some nice bartenders.
Overall, I don't think it's a dive, but more neighborhood bar. Maybe that is the stigma they tried to overcome when they remodeled. Anyway, not my thing.
Walleye
by MendyUSA at Citysearch
All right guys I'm soliciting opinions here. I think the Walleye is the best I've had in any restaurant in Minnesota period. Weigh in... who's had better? This might be just a Friday thing ?
- Pros: Walleye
Easy going tavern

I see that Bunny's is listed as a "dive bar". Man, that makes me really really sad that we here in the Twin Cities area are relegading a solid neighborhood establishment such as Bunny's into the category of "Dive".
Dive, to me, signifies dark, smoky, where the purpose if getting drunk. Bunny's, esp in it's new location, is bright, happy, and although it's not trendy (thus I suspect it being relagaded to "Dive" status), it's clientelle is middle to upper-middle class. The drinks are not expensive, the food is reasonable (try the buffallo drummies) and the conversation is down to earth. The crowd here tens to be 30s-40s, the wait staff attentive, the music is not loud. Oh, did I mention the prices are reasonable?
Downside, it's not a trendy pickyp bar, and sometimes it's so popular (especially happy hours 5-6) that you might have to park on the street.
- Pros: Value!
- Cons: Parking
Best sports bar in Twin Cities
by jrobe6464 at Citysearch
Bunny's is the best! Good bar food at good prices, good selection of tap beers (with a rotating `beer of the month'). The atmosphere is quintessential Minnesota. Everyone at the bar is chatty, including the bartenders--the best "Wiz" works at the far end of the bar. You can never be sure who you'll talk to at the bar, but I've never had a dull conversation there. Great place to go alone or with friends. Casual atmosphere..though some people do dress up.
- Pros: Most everything!
- Cons: Sometimes you need to park on the street
Best Neighborhood Sports Bar!
by trfee40 at Citysearch
Bunny's is a staple. A great place to go for really any location. They've added several new flat screen TV's in the past couple years, so it's great for watching any sporting event. Great popcorn, fantastic FREE taco bar during regular and late-night happy hours and the breakfast can pull you into eating there for lunch and dinner in the same day! Food Rec's: Daunte's Inferno, any Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, the Hot Dog, Cobb Salad (enormous) and they have a Tuesday night Sandwich Special, the Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich (ask for horseradish). Yes, it's bar food...but it's great!
- Pros: Food and Drinks
- Cons: Parking Lot can get cramped
Free taco bar at 10pm
by sophia55416 at Citysearch
Bunny's works for me. It's loud, neighborhood joint. Not a pick up place, lots of families and large groups. Free taco bar at 10pm. Excellent pizzas. Great lasagna and daily specials. Lots of parking. it's all good.
Friendly bar with above average food (most items)
by endalager at Citysearch
Too bad the only place to smoke if it rains is right in front of the door....but "most" people are friendly enough about it. The few who are rude, really are crass about it! Fun and friendly atmosphere. This is a casual and friendly place...not fancy, no pretense. Sometimes that is "just what you are looking for". Staff seems to work hard. When they close the back portion of the place down, they aren't exactly "accomodating and friendly about it" tho'. Too bad - but "business is business" I guess. Overall a pleasant experience...especially for FRIENDLINESS of patrons and staff.
- Pros: Most everyone is very very friendly.
- Cons: No smoking area if it rains - except front door.

Staff is nice, food is good but this place, overall, bores me. The crowd tends to be softball teams or Edina High School class of 1995. So that's losers, and more losers. Seriously, try this place out on a holiday night and it'll be Edina HS Alumni. I have nothing against this type. It's amusing to watch. If you do, STAY CLEAR!
- Pros: service, food
- Cons: boring clientele
