My kids and friends think is one of the best spots to eat with your family. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. You can get your favorite greek food or a cheese buger. We will be back again.

This place has terrific gyros! Their hummus is good too. They are a great value for the money. Fast and friendly service. I would recommend this restaurant!

I love this place! Great food, Great variety, and a Great price. They have a great Euro combo that fills you up, but doesn't cost much more than a fast food restaurant. They have unique tastes and daily specials.

This is fun little cafe in Robbinsdale. Its kind of like a Greek fast food joint. They have all the Greek favorites, hummus, gyros, baklava.. They even have french fries and burgers (if you have someone in your party that isn't very adventurous). They have specials of the day and platters that make it just as cheap as McDonald's, but actually nutritious. My favorite is the Gyro platter- comes with Gyro meat, pita bread, Greek salad, and choice of rice or hummus. Yum.
What a GREAT surprise

We were not expecting much, given the strip mall location. This place was a huge surprise for the whole family. The kids had the huge cheeseburger and gyros, my wife and I split the sampler platter. The sampler platter for two likely feeds three or four. The vegetables were roasted, the meats were flavorful, and the hummus was plentiful and spectacular.
Not much of a place to sit down and eat - plastic forks, etc. But for tqkeout - well worth the drive.
Also the service - high dollar restaurants should learn from the attitude our waiter had. Cheerful, friendly, can't say enough good things.
- Pros: Service, Food, Inexpensive
- Cons: Atmosphere
Athen's Greek Cafe - More than GREEK

Athens is the friendliest place I've been to in a long time. Great Greek and Meditteranean food but would you believe the BEST double cheeseburger ever? Most people overlook it because it's a GREEK place but try it sometime. You will love Athen's no matter what you order. Give it a try!
- Pros: Great Food, Inexpensive, Friendly staff

The Athens cafe is definitely Robinsdales best kept secret. The gyros are the best I've had and they price is almost TOO cheap. The decor is authentic Greek whole in the wall: formica tables, faded old pictures of the islands, and authentic Greek euro-pop on the PA. I'll bet there are literally hundreds of restaurants just like it in that city!
- Pros: inexpensive, uncrowded, generous portions
- Cons: location
Definately Recommend

Our family has dinner at Athens as often as we can. We have tried everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. The staff is so generous and helpful, we feel like extended family. I definately recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic food, and excellent value. Go very hungry, the portions are huge!
- Pros: Taste, Value, Variety
- Cons: Ambience

We're so lucky to have this great restaurant nearby -- this is our version of fast food, we do the takeout. I can't say enough great things about the food, service and staff. My absolute favorite is the fried veggie platter -- it can't be beat. I highly recommend Athen's.
