The Twin Cities are blessed with so many good Asian restaurants, it can be tough to tell them apart. Kindho, with its extensive menu of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, is one to keep high on your list. Basics include chow mein (both Vietnamese and Chinese varieties), lo mein, egg foo yong, rice-noodle dishes and fried rice, plus a long list of stir-fries made with beef, pork, chicken and shrimp.
