Saturdays and Sundays are a zoo! Its a challenge finding someone to assist you during the weekends- and the store would do better with a bigger floor space and more people working. The staff is helpful when they're around- be agressive in tracking them down as there is so much activity on Sat's and Sun's. WOF is open till 9P during the week and there are not many customers there in the evening after work. FYI- Thursdays are double stamp day for those with a member card. If you need particular fish (such as a specific species of african cichlid)- go during the week when you won't feel rushed.
Pros: Selection, quality and central location
Cons: Parking and lack of staff

The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have almost anythign you could need. If they do not have it in stock they can order it. They even offer home service. If you need something custom if they can't build it thay can tell you who can do it for you. No matter what your aquatic intrest they have something for you. The store is a little cramped. There is a lot of product in a tight space and the parking lot is small. If you have a large pickup or similar sized vehicle I recommend parking on the street. It is easy to get blocked with larger vehicles.

The store was ok, But it had a small parking lot and the store felt really tight. Not alot of room to move around.

This is THE place to go if you are starting out in freshwater, or saltwater aquaria. Their staff is quite knowledgable, and have a lot of experience to share with the starting hobbyist. They carry a large selection of aquarium supplies, and what they do not have - they can generally order for you without too much trouble. They even have RO (Reverse Osmosis) Freshwater and Saltwater available by the gallon in case you do not have access to your own unit to fill your aquarium with.
Pros: Knowledgable Staff, Excellent Livestock, Selection of Supplies
Cons: Bad Parking, Cramped Quarters
