Service - Service - Service - This is the last store in the metro area which delivers everything they promise. Wonderful sales associates and great merchandise. If I can't find it here then there is something wrong. After I've run to all the other stores, of course I should have started at Nordstroms. It's a drive from my house but well worth it.
Pros: Service, Return Policy, Selection
Cons: Too Far from My house, Christmas Parking
