It must depend on which agent you talk to because I've had nothing but positive results w/University travel. The prices for international travel can't be beat and I've never had any trouble with my agent, Sonali. She always calls back when she says and our email correspondence is prompt as well. I've used University Travel for years and definitely have no complaints.
