This is "not your normal bra store." It is just plain weird. You need an appointment. There is no merchandise to browse. You go in and they pressure you to buy one of their "specialty" bras. The one they chose for me didn't fit, and was uncomfortable and unattractive. Judy was friendly and excited about her business, but the environment was pretty creepy. The fitting cost $25 (but you don't really get a size since the specialty bras are in some other sizing format). Overall, not a great experience--a little traumatizing, a lot expensive and I HATED the bra they pressured me into.
Pros: easy parking
Cons: general weirdness, selection, cost (of fitting), atmosphere,

I have always had success with Bravo Bras since 1994. Bravo Bras is a specialty bra store that carries more sizes in bras than any department store in the Twin Cities, including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Macy's, and Victorias Secret. Their knowledge, experience and consultation of bra fitting extends into educating women on why it's HEALTHY to have a bra that fits! Judy, the primary bra fitter, has a health care and nursing background that makes her the most qualified and experienced bra consultant in all of the Twin Cities. That's right ladies, if you don't want your breasts sagging prematurely, or if you are pregnant, or have had any type of breast surgury, or need a specialty bra for that special dress, then this is the place for you! They will take extensive measurements and find the right style of bra for ANY breast size. I SAVE TIME & MONEY going to Bravo Bras, because they fit you into a HIGH QUALITY bra that will last WAY, WAY LONGER than those low quality, expensive, poorly made, and poorly fitting bras from the department stores that need to be replaced over and over again! Bravo Bras usually has my size and I have ordered as well, without any problems. And let's face it ladies, there's nothing more important when it comes to looking great, than having the RIGHT BRA!!!!! So go to Bravo Bras and let them help you LOOK & FEEL GREAT!
Pros: Experts in bra fitting, high quality products, professional and comfortable atmosphere

The women at Bravo Bras were friendly and accomodating at the first fitting for a bra for my wedding dress. They assured me that I could get exactly what I wanted and that it would be ordered once I paid. When I went in for the second fitting, I felt rushed and not welcomed at all. They had special ordered the wrong color, said they couldn't get the correct color, and were unapologetic about the mishap. I was really disappointed in their customer service and felt like they just wanted the money. My advice: Only pay for the fitting on your first appointment, and pay in full once you have EXACTLY what you ordered and are 100% happy with it!!!!!
Pros: it's a specialty bra store...they seem to know what they're doing
Cons: location, cost, customer service

I needed a bra to wear with my custom wedding gown. Ordered several bras in mid-February and had to pay for one. Was told I could get a refund if I ended up not wanting it. (Note, however: Small print on the receipt says "No cash refunds" -- clearly different information!) By late April, I hadn't heard anything and called to check. Was told it wasn't in, but they would let me know. By the end of May, still no word, and it was now five days before my final fitting! I called again. Turns out the bras actually arrived in early March, but nobody had EVER called me and they couldn't find the bras and would have to reorder. I requested a refund, but 10 days later, that hasn't happened.

I went here at the recommendation of a bridal shop. I needed the bra ASAP so my dress could be made for my wedding in 3 months. Bravo told me they would have the bra rushed and that it would be there in a week (normal time is 3-4 weeks). However, 2 weeks and several phone calls later, it still hadnt arrived. They were very unwilling to find out where it was even though they were aware of the situation. I asked to cancel my order and the person hung up on me! I called back and spoke to someone else who said they would cancel the order this was today so I dont know if it will happen. If they have your size in stock, I imagine you wouldnt have problems. However, be wary if they need to order something and you need it by a certain time.
Pros: Knowledge of bra fit
Cons: $15 Fitting Fee, Customer Service, Expensive
