I love all my new flooring. They had great customer service and their prices were very reasonable and could fit my budget. I also loved the help they offered me with designing and coordinating how my house would look. Overall I'm very happy with how it all turned out and hope to do buisness with them again.
Pros: Beautiful Quality
Cons: You have to wait for the order to arrive before making a date to install

The work done was excellent! They came on the day scheduled! I had carpet installed and they were very careful with all my possessions. They were very cautious around the floor molding and thresholds. NO Scratches. They even cleaned up after they finished. The price was a little higher then discounts carpet but you get what you pay for. The owner was patient and answered all my questions. I will use them again.
Pros: professional, Courteous, high quality product
Cons: scheduling

The work done was fine, but the added/hidden charges were not clearly communicated. When the charges were questioned the establishment was very rude and threatening.
