The instructor is very experienced and is an exceptionally good teacher. He pushes you to excel. This school is not for those that take martial arts training lightly. I leave every class soaked in sweat. This is by far my favorite school It is one of only two schools in the country that teaches both northern praying mantis and northern shaolin. The only other school is in california. Believe me, attend one class, and you'll be sore the next day. TRY IT OUT!
Pros: good instruction, friendly staff, EXCELLENT workout
Cons: little pricey, sometimes crowded
