After waiting for 20 minutes, I talked with the receptionist who assured me I would be brought back next. I wasn't, and continued to wait for another 20 minutes. The assistant walking me back was kind, and apologized for the wait. I explained that it seemed to be typical since this was my 3rd attempt for an appointment (the other two I had also been waiting for over 20 minutes and could not wait longer). Dr.Dick was abrupt, and made me feel uncomfortable to voice my concerns or even ask questions. My face-to-face appointment lasted 7 minutes. I felt so frustrated about the whole experience, and was just looking for information on what to do next. I left not even knowing if I was to even make a follow up appointment, and that I was being rushed out the door. All but one person acted like I was the inconvenience. That I was the reason they were 40 minutes late for my appointment. I understand people getting behind or needing more time, and felt that I had shown my patience by waiting. On a positive note, the building and rooms are nice and clean. People and customer service ranks higher for me.

I was referred by a friend to use this office, and was terribly disappointed. I was looking to get a mole removed and asked to have a whole body screen at the appointment. Dr Chermak seemed of mediocre knowledge and lacked personality. When I asked for the whole body screen, she said that I had to make a separate appointment. She also verified I needed the mole removed, and told me to make a separate appointment for that as well. So I had a 5 minute appointment with no new information and still needed a mole removed. When I attempted to schedule the future appointments, the scheduling person was completely put out that she had to make an appointment, and was not sure what the appropriate appointment would be. I left feeling that I was treated poorly, and that the appointment was a waste of time and money. I definitely would not recommend this office to anyone else.
