Neff Law Firm, P.A., has represented me on more than one occasion. I have been impressed with many things about Neff Law Firm, P.A., including the personal consultations and advance preparations completed by Neff Law Firm, P.A., prior to the actual court hearings on cases.

I have known Fred Neff for over thirty years and have used him for both personal and business litigation starting in 1976. Fred Neff is affable and quite approachable to discuss legal issues. Mr. Neff is respectful toward me. Fred’s sensitivity to the human side of issues is a strong plus in working through situations. It has been my experience that he is easy to get to talk to about a concern and open to helping out. Fred always takes an interest in my concerns and spends the amount of time it takes to go through my legal matters in depth.

Neff Law Firm, P.A. has been doing a wonderful job of representing my family for many years. The attorneys at Neff Law Firm, P.A. have achieved sound results to many different legal matters on cases for our family members. It is easy to get in to see an attorney at Neff Law Firm, P.A. for help. The lawyers at Neff Law Firm, P.A. are excellent communicators. For example, I have seen attorney Theresa Freeman in court a number of times. I was very favorably impressed with the way Ms. Freeman professionally represented the client, herself, and the Neff Law Firm, P.A. in court.

In my case, Neff Law Firm, P.A., gathered a detailed factual history that made me comfortable that everything would be covered on my behalf. Neff Law Firm, P.A., made it a point to know the who, what, where and whens involved in my case and what were the issues so that everything was very well organized. The representation I received from Neff Law Firm, P.A., met my needs and got the desired result.

Fred Neff is very friendly and approachable to talk about concerns. He takes an interest in not only the factual history of the case, but who are the people involved and how the client feels about the situation. Mr. Neff is very respectful of of the client's feelings and strives to make sure that the client is fairly treated. Fred Neff's sensitivity to the client's feelings and needs is appreciated. My family not only uses Fred Neff as our lawyer, but also references him to others as a lawyer to be used by them.

Pros: The lawyers at Neff Law Firm, P.A., are knowledgeable about the law and strong communicators both with us and with the other side of the matter.

The lawyers at Neff Law Firm, P.A. that have worked with me have proved to possess many fine attributes including being user friendly, accessible, versatile, enthusiastic, well schooled in the law, timely, respectful and quality oriented. Through working with Fred Neff as my lawyer, I have found him to be a person who is always interested in helping a client with a concern. Fred Neff shows interest in his clients in a way that is comforting and gives confidence to them. Mr. Neff carefully gathers evidence, researches the law, and builds a case history on legal matters that gives a strong foundation for a client's cause. Fred Neff communicates well with me and has shown a willingness to listen to my point of view and work cooperatively to achieve my desired result.

I have a long history of referring cases to Fred Neff of Neff Law Firm, P.A., in Minnesota. Among the cases I have referred to Fred Neff was a wrongful death case where a wall fell upon a man. Fred Neff immediately set about getting a detailed history of the scene of the accident. Neff Law Firm, P.A., arranged to have its investigator take aerial photographs of the scene of the accident and then blew up pictures of the scene to help illustrate what happened. I was very impressed by the background work done by Fred Neff and the team of experts he brought into the case. Fred Neff built a solid case by showing what caused the accident based upon many factors such as history of the scene, the background for the accident, the engineering principles, the people involved, the applicable safety considerations and law that applied.

I have found that the Neff Law Firm, P.A., lawyers are knowledgeable, timely, responsive, efficient, and effective. When I am asked to recommend a lawyer the name that is given by me is Fred Neff for a number of reasons. He is a powerful advocate for his client's causes. Mr. Neff fights to win and has the knowledge and capacity to do so. Fred Neff understands how his clients want to be treated and does so with the utmost respect and in a most compassionate manner. He is thorough, reasonable, and leaves no stone unturned, but also knows which stones are worth turning. I have observed that he is thoroughly prepared and well organized.
