I have been working out at the Plymouth Lifetime Fitness facility for over 5 years. The club is second to none in my opinion, except of course for the overcrowdedness. Another facility in the northern area of the metro area, i.e. Maple Grove would certainly help to alleviate the crowded situation. Again, a very good club with great trainers whom take their careers seriously and so many options to choose from, there isn't a reason to go anywhere else. The whole facility seems to be under constant cleaning, which is very important to not only myself but others as well since it is a publicly used facility. The accelerated aerobics classes are also top-notch as one trainer in particular always goes to the extreme to make sure his class members get their personal best to show each time they participate. What a great gym!
